Not completely satisfied with your order from Manar Jewellery? Don't worry, we have an easy return policy.

You can return the jewelry up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. The item must be undamaged and unworn. The customer is responsible for the return costs. Please print and fill out our Returns form and include it in your return package.

Unfortunately, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.

If you ordered your items during a sale or deal, please note that if you want to return any item for a full refund, you must send back all the products you bought during that sale or deal. However, if you want to keep some items, your order amount will be recalculated with the products you want to keep, and you will still receive the discount.

If you didn’t receive the right products or didn’t receive your products within the guaranteed delivery time of 45 days, you are eligible for a full refund. However, we cannot give you a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • Your order didn't arrive due to factors within your control (for example, you provided us with the wrong shipping address).
  • Your order didn't arrive due to circumstances outside the control of Manar Jewellery (for example, customs clearance or natural disasters).
  • Your order has been placed within a sale or deal.
